Boot Camp in London
Boot Camp workouts are an efficient way of exercising because you work your entire body, heart and muscles, by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises…the difference lies in the intensity.
In this session, you’ll learn how to strengthen your core, reduce back pain and get strong abs. This will help to prevent injuries, improve your posture and release tension in the whole body.
