
An all-abilities running club modified for both beginners and advanced runners within the group. A typical session will involve a thorough warm up with stretches and then a specific type of run style each week for a varied approach to running. You will learn correct running technique to improve performance and the emphasis will be on a fun, laid back approach to fitness training outdoors.
As the weeks progress, you’ll notice a dramatic increase in your running endurance and overall physical well being. Many participants also experience weight loss.

I am writing from the charity, International Animal Rescue, to ask if your group would be interested in running the Brighton Marathon for free.
Our charity is aiming to beat the world record for the highest number of people doing a marathon tied together in April next year. It should be good fun. We are offering the spaces for free and asking supporters to aim for minimum sponsorship. We need to recruit the remaining runners fast and would very much appreciate it if your group got involved. we would, of course, promote your group if you were able to secure over 10 runners.
