
An all-abilities running club modified for both beginners and advanced runners within the group. A typical session will involve a thorough warm up with stretches and then a specific type of run style each week for a varied approach to running. You will learn correct running technique to improve performance and the emphasis will be on a fun, laid back approach to fitness training outdoors.
As the weeks progress, you’ll notice a dramatic increase in your running endurance and overall physical well being. Many participants also experience weight loss.
