“I worked with Michelle for 4 months prior to a trip to Northern India when I needed to get fit to climb those steep mountains. I found Michelle extremely helpful – first of all she looks at your body and your capability and plans the training round your needs so it’s very individualised depending on the sort of fitness you want and why. She pushes you hard and increases the level of difficulty all the time so you are pushed to practise (which most of us need!). She’s gentle but firm!!!”
